4/28/2016: My son came home the other day with groceries, and he had purchased some puff pastry sheets. I improvised a filling with bacon, onions, celery, peas, mushrooms, and scallions. The outside is brushed with egg yolk and black sesame sprinkled on top.
To accompany the puffs, I then cooked a 10 bean soup with some left over sausage from yesterday’s breakfast. We’ve recently been rating our new dishes out of 5 stars so we know whether or not we should repeat them for future meals.
This one received 5 stars from my son and daughter-in-law!
