5/13/2016: I bought this bread maker (Zojirushi BB-HAC 10) from Amazon on 4/15/2013 and have making my own bread for past three years. My favorite bread is this raisin bread. All I need to do is following the recipe that came with the machine. After putting in all the ingredients, press the start button, I will have fresh bread 3.5 hours later.

Above are two pictures of how I served the bread. One has stir-fried pork with onion and fresh made guacamole salad. The other is home made potato salad that other than the cooked potatoes, also have ham, peas, boiled eggs and shrimps with salt, pepper and mayonnaise. Both are delicious.
