5/8/2016: My family love all kind of noodle soups or stir-fried noodle. There are so many good recipes to make delicious noodle. But making your own noodle adding much more fun to it.

My son-in-law bought this noodle maker (Philips) as my birthday gift in December of 2015 while I thought I got everything. But I do love this noodle maker that make fresh noodle and make the noodle soup tastes ten times better.

The machine could make different shape of noodle and pasta, all I have to do is changing the part where the dough will squeeze out. Above are the pictures that I made spinach pasta for making lasagna dinner later. Also two pictures of noodle soups from the thin egg noodle the machine made, on top are stir-fried meat or shrimp with different vegetable.
