5/11/2016: This picture brought back a lot of good memories of my working days. I always cooked and packed my lunch for following week on every Sunday. So I just grabbed one from fridge on my way out to work in the morning and not to worry about what I have for lunch. I loved to eat what I knew how it made and saved money.
As you can see, I like to eat a lot of vegetable.The ratio of meat and vegetable is about 1 to 4. The picture I have here has rice noodle at bottom and pork chop or smoked salmon on top with cucumber and stream beans. Healthy and delicious.
