7/2/2016: We grow up with white rice and like to make stir-fried rice when we have leftover rice. It always turned out good regardless with eggs or leftover from the early meal.
Now I switch from white rice to brown rice. Here is a simple and delicious fried brown rice with bacon, egg, pea and scallions as a quick brunch. I also add mix unsalted nuts on top. Below are two different ways to serve it.
