Shao-Bing with Stir-Fried Shrimp and eggs

7/2/2016: Shao-Bing (Chinese style sandwich) is common food back in Taiwan. We could put any meat or vegetable in it as filling.

Here is a simple and easy way to serve it. Marinated shrimps with egg white, salt, pepper for 10 to 15 minutes. Stir-fried shrimps. Take shrimps out of pot and add into scrambled eggs with scallions.  Heat the cooking oil, stir-fried the eggs with shrimps in it. It will be ready in 5 minutes.

Side-dish is steam broccoli and mixed with little soy sauce and sesame oil. Also toast a Shao-Bing (Chinese sandwich) that you could put the shrimp/egg in between to eat.

Egg drop and corn soup will go well with this meal.

Below is the Shao-Bing I used here. I found it in Los Angeles and San Antonio. It calls “Clay Oven Sesame Roll”on the bag and from Taiwan. It tastes pretty good. Also, two pictures of serving the Shao-Bing with different fillings:
