Beef Loin Tenderloin Steak

7/8/2016: It’s Friday and happened to be a day off for my hard working brother. So my sister and I invited him to have a special dinner with us in my sister’s house.

Here is a simple Chinese way to cook beef loin tenderloin steak that I have learned from a friend. I thought it’s perfect day to try it.

I marinated the steak with dark soy sauce for 30 minutes. Then pan-fried it with butter.

The side dishes my sister prepared were corn and mash potato. Both go well with steak.

I stir-fried asparagus with mushroom and colorful sweet peppers with baked chicken meat as another side dish.

 

My sister and brother both OK with the medium well steak. But I rather have it well done. So I put it in microwave for extra one minute and got just what I wanted. I also added some hot sauce on top. It tasted just great.
