Sesame Paste Noodles with Cucumber and Steak at side with Radish

8/2/2016: My family love to eat noodles, especially my brother who could have noodles for lunch and dinner. In special occasion, we would made this sesame paste noodles. Here is how we make the sesame paste for the noodles as below:

  1. Cook (1) cup of white sesame seeds mixed with 1/2 cup vegetable oil in medium hot pan to bring out the flavor of sesame first.
  2. Put 1/2 cup cold vegetable oil into grinder and pull all the cooked sesame with oil to grinder and grind  it well to paste.
  3. Mix (6) tablespoons of sesame paste and (1) tablespoon of peanut butter. Then, add (2ea) tablespoons soy sauce and hot water. (1ea) tablespoon black vinegar and fine diced garlic to be the final sesame paste for the noodles.

After cooking the noodles in boiled water and add the cold water once for the water boiled again. Drained the water out of noodles, pull sesame paste some scallions into the noodles. I like to cut some cucumber to go with the noodle. Or sliced some carrots will be nice.

As the picture above, I happened to have a piece of beef loin tenderloin steak that I marinated with soy sauce for 30 minutes, then pan fried with butter. Cut and Served with Noodles. Garnished with radishes around it. Delicious!
