Pork Chop with Green Bean Sprouts and Red Onion

8/8/2016: Pork chops in supermarket has different cut and thickness. The one I like is the thin one with bone on the side.

I marinate the pork chop with soy sauce, five spices powder, a pinch of sugar and cornstarch at least 15 minutes before pan-fried them.

Sliced the onion and stir-fried it and green bean sprouts with some garlic, season with salt and paper. This would be the base for pork chop.

Below is how I served the pork chop with rice and three kinds of eggs as side dish.
