Milk and Sesame Seeds Bread

3/25/2021: Here is a recipe of bread that I have been used for last six months and happy with the way I put the ingredients together. I usually double the ingredients below and use three 9inx5inx3in baking pans for three loaves of bread that will last two weeks for us.

Ingredients:

(1) cup of warm milk

(2) tsp active dry yeast

(1/2) cup brown sugar

(3) cup wheat flour

(1) egg

(1/3) cup unsalted butter

(1/3) cup sesame seeds

(1) tsp salt

Instruction:

  1. Mixed the flour, sugar and sesame seeds
  2. Warm the milk and use some to dissolve the yeast
  3. Beat the egg well and put into milk
  4. Melted the butter (malted some extra butter for brushing the baking pans before dust them with flour).
  5. Add the milk and butter slowly to the already mixed well dry ingredients (flour, sugar and sesame seeds)
  6. Add the salt last
  7. Cover the well mixed dough and wait for one hour (the dough should be doubled the size).
  8. Equally divided to two or three (if you double the ingredients as I do).
  9. Punch out the gas and roll each dough up, then put into the baking pan.
  10. Wait for another 30 minutes for the doughs rise up again.
  11. Get the over ready for 350 degree.
  12. Brush egg yolk on the surface of the dough, adding some extra sesame seeds on it or some crushed nuts (walnuts, pecans or cashews).
  13. Bake for 18-20 minutes (each oven very) until you stick a chopstick in and come out clean.

Below is how we eat the bread in the morning: I toast the bread and spread Nutella chocolate on it and ate it with my coffee and fruit. It’s the only time of the day I have some sweet. My grandkids love it too, but they like me to make grilled cheese and avocado sandwich for them as lunch which I posted on Instagram many times.
