
11/4/2022: I came back to San Antonio, TX from Cupertino, CA in December 2021. Mainly took over my house that my daughter and son-in-law left behind and needs to be remodeled. It surely keep me busy all these time and it’s not done yet. I kept posting my food on Instagram, but ignore this website for too long. Looking back all the dishes I posted on Instagram this year, here is a popular dish for party. Hope you will try to make it for your next party.
Ingredients:
- one box of Angel hair noodles (or two depends how big the tray you are using).
- One tray of Chicken wings.
- Thin beef tender lion.
- Shrimps.
- Asparagus
- Colorful sweet peppers.
- Green onions (scallions), dark soy sauces, five spice powder, sesame oil, corn starch.
Instruction:
- Cooked the Angel Hair noodles per instruction on box. Mixed the noodles with soy sauce, sesame oil and green onions well, cover up.
- Marinated the chicken wings with dark soy sauce, five spicy powder, sesame oil and corn starch overnight or a couple of hours at least. Pan-fried, then adding some water to steam them until well cooked.
- Sliced beef tender lion, marinate them with cooking wine, dark soy sauce, five spice powder and corn starch Stir-fried the beef and set aside.
- Defrost shrimps and marinate them with cooking wine, salt, pepper and corn starch. Washed and cleaned the asparagus and sweet peppers, cutting them ready.
- Stir-fried shrimps and asparagus, sweet peppers quickly.
- Put the noodles at the bottom of the try and arranging all other dishes on top. Sprinkle the dicing green onions and served.
