7/3/2016: This is a very simple and delicious hot dish and we never get tire of it. Sauteed ground pork with little cooking oil. Added sweet bean sauce and hot bean sauce (both are sold in Chinese grocery store), mixed well. Adding onion and diced tofu. Stir-fried them together and garnished with scallions.
